About RE-MASK Shield Filter Technology
RE-MASK Shield Filter Technology is the core of how RE-MASK is about to protect our users against pollutions, bacteria and viruses. Every RE-MASK contains 3 layers of protections, which keep our users saved from 99.9% of harmful elements in urban areas.
Primary Layer Against Pollutions
RE-MASK primary layer is composed with technical fabric from Taiwan, which filter larger particles like PM 10 and dusts. It is also the key for us to print beautiful designs with ECO-TEX Class 1 ink, safe for infants, children and adults to wear on a daily basis.
the primary layer also served as a water repelling layer, to keep our 2nd and 3rd layer dry and clean as long as possible.
Secondary and Final Filter Layer Against PM 2.5, Viruses & Allegries
RE-MASK 2nd and 3rd layer is build inside of our SHIELD FILTER. With extensive researches from our technical team, we have successfully developed our filter that outperform KF-94, N-95 masks with the ability to filter 99.9% of particles. The textile is a three-ply non-woven melt-blow polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer used in a range of applications.
